Supervisors Support Domes Phase 3!

February 11, 2019 by Grant Stevens

Good news! At the recent Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors meeting, the supervisors unanimously voted to fund phase three of the Future Path and Feasibility Study being overseen by the Domes Task Force. Thank you for taking action—supervisors heard your voices loud and clear.

Please contact the supervisors and thank them for their support! Our advocacy work for the Domes continues, and we will need you to take action again.

In late 2018, the Domes Task Force completed the first two phases of its three-phase Future Path and Feasibility Study, selecting two options for further study: targeted investments and destination attraction. Phase three will include refining projected costs, considering potential public-private funding sources, and exploring new governance models. Following phase three, the task force will make a final recommendation to the county. Save Our Domes will continue to advocate for a preservation solution for the Domes, and your voices are critical!

Don’t forget to contact the supervisors. We will keep you informed as we learn more about the work of the Task Force and the future of the Domes.
