Patti Woodworth returns to the National Trust in the role of interim chief financial officer; the same role she played in 2019-2020. She cites her previous experience at the National Trust as one of the highlights of her career both for what she and the finance team accomplished, as well as for the lasting friendships that she made.

Currently, Patti serves on the boards of the Jackson National Asset Management funds as an independent trustee representing shareholders. In her spare time, she donates her time to the board of Casa Milagro in various leadership roles. Casa Milagro provides long-term housing and support for the chronically homeless in Santa Fe, NM.

Patti retired in 2017 from the J. Paul Getty Trust where she was the CFO and COO for eleven years, after turning around the finances and investments of the Art Institute of Chicago. She has worked as budget director for the governors of three states during economic downturns: Michigan, Florida and New York. Other previous roles include CFO for the University of Chicago, and various federal government positions in the Office of Management and Budget, Department of Health and Human Services, the US Senate, US House of Representatives and Social Security Administration.
