Mānoa Heritage Center
The Mānoa Heritage Center is a cultural and historical site that includes an ancient stone heiau, a native plant garden of rare and endangered Hawaiian plants, and a historic Tudor-style home. An important link to the past, the heiau, thought to be an agricultural worshiping site, is one of the few traditional Hawaiian structures that still exists in Honolulu's urban landscape. The Center promotes the thoughtful stewardship of Hawai'i's natural and cultural heritage through preserving and interpreting a 3.5 acre charming natural landscape.
