National Preservation Summit '26

Due to extraordinary demand, our in-person venue capacity and waitlist are now officially closed, and we are unable to accept additional in-person registrants. You can still participate virtually! Livestream keynotes and access our mainstage sessions live on September 22 and 23. Virtual admission is free, but registration is required. Register now to reserve your spot.

In-person in Washington, DC

  • Complimentary registration
  • Networking opportunities with fellow attendees
  • Tuesday: National Preservation Awards and reception
  • Wednesday: Inspiring keynote speakers and engaging sessions, includes lunch
  • Thursday: Optional Advocacy Day in-person activities on Capitol Hill

Virtual from Anywhere

  • Complimentary registration
  • Tuesday: Livestream of National Preservation Awards
  • Wednesday: Livestream of inspiring keynote speakers and engaging sessions
  • Thursday: Optional Advocacy Day in-person only on Capitol Hill (virtual participation not available)

Registration Deadline

  • Pre-registration for in-person participation closes September 8 (two weeks prior to the September 22 event).
  • Pre-registration for virtual participation is available until the start of the event.

Registration Requirements

  • Registration is required for all events and is non-transferable.
  • Walk-up registration may be available if space permits and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

Capacity & Waitlist

  • Seating is limited. Once capacity is reached, a waitlist will open.
  • Waitlisted participants will be notified one week prior to the event if a seat becomes available.

Change of Plans?

  • Registration is free, but space is limited. If your plans change, please release your spot so someone on our waitlist can join. To release your spot, send an email to nthp@sswmeetings.com.
