Code of Conduct
The National Trust for Historic Preservation wants to ensure that our events and convenings are a fulfilling experience for all. Accordingly, all event attendees are expected to follow the Code of Conduct, which applies to all in-person and virtual events, sessions, discussion groups, and related online forums.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration and receive a refund, minus a $50 handling fee, if the National Trust receives your request within 30 days of purchase and by September 7, 2026. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested more than 30 days past the purchase date. No refunds will be given for cancellations requested after September 7, 2026, even if bought less than 30 days prior.
To request a cancellation, you must submit your request in writing via email to nthp@sswmeetings.com. All approved registration refunds will be processed by December 1, 2026.
No-shows are not refunded for any reason. The National Trust does not give credit toward future conferences or National Trust products. The National Trust reserves the right to refuse service.
