Baltimore Heritage | Baltimore, Maryland
Baltimore Heritage will use a $7,500 grant to launch a nighttime tour series to celebrate “Light City”. They will create six different after-dark tours in areas with little after-hours street life. They will also develop three after-dark boat tours, and three related videos to celebrate the city’s diverse and rich history and begin to turn a negative narrative about their communities into a positive one.
Docomomo US | New York, New York
A $5,000 grant will assist Docomomo US and Partners for Sacred Places to create a publication and webinar to help congregations identify, value, and sustain their midcentury Modern religious buildings. The publication will share stories of successful preservation and adaptation of Modern buildings and include introductory guidance for common preservation challenges.
Latinos in Heritage Conservation | Tucson, Arizona
$10,000 from the Moe Family Fund will support the creation of a Latinx Borderlands Preservation Toolkit, which will empower communities to document, celebrate, and protect the living heritage of the Borderlands by blending traditional knowledge, oral history, and preservation best practices into a bilingual digital resource and community playbook.

Peñasco Valley Historical Preservation Society |Peñasco, New Mexico
The Peñasco Valley Historical Preservation Society will use a $10,000 grant to hire a staff member to organize the many volunteers and partners eager to help restore the historic Old Peñasco High School. Built in 1931, the school offered the valley’s first access to formal education, opening doors for generations who became doctors, engineers, and community leaders. Once restored, the group plans to open it as a cultural center, museum, and provide office space for local businesses.
Preservation Pennsylvania | Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
A $6,000 grant will help Preservation Pennsylvania conduct a comprehensive fundraising capacity assessment and development of a three-year fundraising plan, guided by a consulting firm specializing in nonprofit sustainability. These steps will strengthen the foundation of Preservation Pennsylvania’s fundraising efforts and create a practical, data-informed roadmap for future growth.

The Hub will centralize model ordinances, advocacy alerts, case studies, and training resources—expanding access, coordination, and statewide impact through shared digital tools and real-time policy engagement.
Preserve Montana | Helena, Montana
$6,500 from the Moe Family Fund will help Preserve Montana develop and lead an advocacy campaign for the 2027 Biennium of the Montana State Legislature to improve and make the Montana Historic Tax Credit more usable.
Providence Preservation Society | Providence, Rhode Island
Providence Preservation Society will use a $10,000 grant to support an advocacy project focused on saving and rehabilitating the City of Providence’s historic public schools. The funding will produce a white paper on the environmental and civic benefits of incentivizing the adaptive reuse and rehabilitation of historic public schools over demolition and new construction, with a set of specific policy and protocol recommendations that would be necessary to systematize this commitment.
