Grant Funding Supports Community Engagement, Historic Survey, Fand Field Trips
National Trust awards $225,220 in grant funding to 45 organizations nationwide.
The National Trust Preservation Fund, the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s small-dollar grant program, has been providing catalytic funding to organizations across the country for over 50 years. In the February round, the National Trust awarded $225,220 in grants to 45 organizations in 17 states and the District of Columbia. While these grants are typically no more than $10,000, they are often catalytic in nature, leading to larger investments in these community organizations, illustrating how investment in preservation—no matter how small—leads to community revitalization.
